Who is eligible to file a claim?
You may have a valid claim If you bought or leased one of the affected models in the U.K. between 2007 and 2018. You do not still need to own the vehicle you only need to have purchased or leased one of the affected models.

How much do we charge?
We operate under a No Win No Fee Agreement, meaning you will not have to pay anything if we do not win your case. If you win then you will pay us a proportion of your damages which will be no more than 50% of your damages plus VAT
